With Total-Flex you receive the same equipment and make monthly payments that include the support cost to maintain and manage the system for you.

Traditionally businesses have bought systems, gotten a 12 month warranty and renewed the warranty each year with a maintenance contract. Non-warranty work and changes to the system were billed separately. With the Total-Flex plan your monthly payment also covers the support of the system for making changes, moving phones and any trouble shooting and repair work needed.

Total-Flex can also include upgrade costs for the phone system and weekly site visits to verify backups and virus scans for computer networks. We can customize the program to meet your needs and priorities and maintain the health and integrity of your communications equipment.

Total-Flex covers the insurance cost, training, maintenance and other support costs that you otherwise would pay out of pocket
