Ideal for single deployment or multi-site networks, Coral IPx allows you to take advantage of IP telephony without sacrificing the functionality you need, such as ACD, contact center applications, integrated unified messaging and in-building wireless telephones. Other power features available in the Coral IPx platforms:
- Cell phone integration - The FlexiCall feature allows your cell phone to act as an extension. Can work independently or in parallel with a desk set.
- Freedom - Works well with the FlexiCall feature and essentially allows you to call into a DID number giving you access to all systems features like overhead page and call transfer. Using the optional Freedom feaure, calls made from your cell phone would display the office number in the called party's Caller ID.
- Conference Bridge - Joining a conference is as simple as dialing the 4 digit conference bridge number. Outside participants can similarly be transferred to the conference bridge. Schedule and email conference invitations automatically using the optional Conference Bridge Manager software.
